1. Legal information

The service known as SOLDuster (the "Service") is published and operated by its owner (hereinafter the "Publisher"). For any request, please contact: contact@solduster.com or Telegram @solduster.

Hosting: cloud servers operated by GDPR-compliant providers.

The Service is accessible at solduster.com and www.solduster.com.

2. Purpose of the Service

SOLDuster is a non-custodial tool for analysing and recovering assets on the Solana blockchain. The Service notably allows:

• detection of empty, abandoned or dust-bearing token accounts (ATAs) within a connected wallet;
• generation and broadcast of close-account transactions to recover the SOL locked as rent (rent-exempt lamports);
• optional liquidation of residual tokens through aggregated DEX routers (notably Jupiter, Raydium, Orca);
• any related optimisation or recovery feature offered or added later by the Publisher.

3. Wallet connection and operational mandate

3.1 Informed consent

When connecting your Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, MetaMask or any other supported provider), you expressly grant SOLDuster an operational, revocable mandate to:

• read the public state of your wallet and the composition of your token accounts;
• compose, simulate and present for your signature any transaction useful to delivering the Service described in section 2;
• broadcast, after your explicit signature through your wallet, those transactions on the Solana blockchain;
• collect a service fee directly deducted from the recovery transaction, the percentage of which is clearly displayed before signature.

3.2 Non-custodial nature

The Publisher never holds, possesses or controls your private key or seed phrase at any time. Every transaction performed on your behalf requires your explicit signature through your wallet. You remain, at all times, the sole holder of and responsible for your private keys.

3.3 Scope of the mandate

The mandate is strictly limited to operations necessary to deliver the Service. Any operation outside that scope will require a new explicit consent through wallet signature. You acknowledge that this mandate nonetheless covers all technical account-management actions indispensable to the Service's operation, including closing, merging, transferring or converting the assets concerned by the recovery.

3.4 Revocation

You may revoke this mandate at any time by disconnecting your wallet or ceasing to use the Service. Revocation has no effect on transactions already signed and broadcast on the blockchain, which are by nature irreversible.

4. Inherent risks and acceptance

You expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• digital assets (cryptocurrencies, SPL tokens, NFTs) are highly volatile and carry a risk of total loss;
• blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be cancelled by the Publisher or any third party;
• network fees (priority fees, Jito tips, aggregator fees) are solely at your expense and are non-refundable, even in case of transaction failure;
• slippage, network congestion, MEV, front-running or token depreciation may significantly reduce the amount actually recovered;
• certain accounts or tokens may be non-recoverable, illiquid or locked by their smart contract;
• using the Service does not constitute financial, tax or investment advice.

5. Exclusion and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher, its officers, employees, subcontractors and partners shall under no circumstances be held liable for:

• any loss of funds, tokens, value or missed gains resulting from the use of the Service or its unavailability;
• any failure, latency, bug, vulnerability or technical error of the Service, of third-party protocols (Solana, Jupiter, Raydium, etc.), of third-party wallets or of RPC providers;
• any loss caused by a cyberattack, phishing, fake website, fake wallet, compromise of your device or your seed phrase;
• any user mistake, accidental signature, or decision made on the basis of information displayed by the Service;
• any adverse regulatory change, geographic blocking, asset freeze or prohibition issued by an authority;
• any indirect, immaterial or consequential damage, including loss of opportunity, loss of profit, loss of data or moral prejudice.

Should the Publisher's liability ever be established, it shall in any event be capped at the total amount of fees actually collected by the Publisher from the User over the last 30 days.

6. User obligations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and fully capable of entering into a contract;
• you are not domiciled in a jurisdiction subject to international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN);
• you are the legitimate owner of the assets held in the connected wallet;
• you will not use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud or any unlawful activity;
• you will comply with your local tax obligations regarding any gains realised through the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (texts, logos, interface, source code, trademarks) are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is prohibited and may be prosecuted.

8. Personal data & cookies

The Service is designed to minimise personal-data collection. SOLDuster only processes:

• the public address of your Solana wallet (pseudonymous data by nature);
• aggregated and anonymised usage statistics;
• information voluntarily provided (e-mail if contact, affiliation code).

Under applicable data-protection regulations (notably the EU GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability over your data, exercisable at contact@solduster.com. The Service does not set advertising tracking cookies; only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used.

9. Changes to the Service and the Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove all or part of the Service, and to amend these Terms at any time. Changes apply as soon as they are published. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be brought before the competent courts of the Publisher's place of residence, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

11. Mediation

In accordance with applicable consumer-protection rules, you may, at no cost, refer the matter to a consumer mediation service in the event of an unresolved dispute, prior to any judicial action.

12. Acceptance

Using the Service, and in particular connecting your wallet after ticking the "I accept the Terms & Conditions" box, constitutes your full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and disconnect your wallet.
